Steph is an Arts Administrator, Educator, and Stage Manager with a focus on clear communication, safety, and creating functional rehearsal and production spaces. She’s worked across straight plays, dance, opera, and live events, and is especially interested in supporting the development of new work.

She takes a practical, collaborative approach to production, with an emphasis on keeping teams organized and on track without overcomplicating the process. Based in New York City, she’s comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting as needed. In addition to stage management and administrative work, she also freelances as an audio technician and sound designer.
