Steph is an arts administrator, educator, and stage manager who cares about clear communication, safety, and making rehearsal and production spaces run smoothly. She’s worked on everything from straight plays and dance to opera and live events, and has a strong interest in helping new work take shape.

Her approach is practical and collaborative, focused on keeping things organized and moving forward without making the process more complicated than it needs to be. Based in New York City, she’s used to fast-paced environments and adjusting on the fly. Alongside her stage management and administrative work, she also freelances as an audio technician and sound designer.
